Bob Mann has owned and operated schools in Texas since the passage of House Bill 1963 in 1987. He has developed Alcohol Safety Training to meet TABC Certification regulations for basic course content, and to go beyond these guidelines to help your employees best understand their responsibilities under the new law. Since HB 1963 went into effect, tens of thousands of servers and sellers of alcoholic beverages have been certified by Alcohol Safety Training.
